ILA/USMX Negotiations:

As you have probably seen by now, the FMCS announced the two sides would be meeting again before the December 29th deadline. Further details have not been made public. We continue to advise all customers to reference
http://usmxlaborupdates.com/ for the most up-to-date notices on the negotiations.

Maersk Line Business Continuity:

We encourage all customers with IMPORT dry/reefer loads currently sitting on terminal to take every available opportunity to have those loads picked up by this Friday. Equally, we strongly encourage the expedient return of all empty containers and chassis by this Friday.

To get the most current update on specific terminal operations, including cargo acceptance and gate hours, we suggest referring to each terminal operator’s website as your primary point of reference. To assist you in your planning we have compiled a list of terminal gate hours and acceptance policies. You can access it by
clicking here. Please note that this is the status as of 3:00PM ET December 26, 2012 and may not capture all updated extended gate hours or acceptance policies.

For Maersk Line ocean and landside operations we have no changes to report at this time. Please refer to our December 20th update for previous update by
clicking here.

We will continue to provide updates as we receive new/changed information. As always, thank you for your business.

Best Regards,

Maersk Line
